Price is the largest factor when a buyer decide to make an offer. In digital era and our fast paced markets, a well-priced home attracts the most buyers. Therefore, listing price is the most affective marketing element. 

Pricing strategies vary enormously with market conditions. When pricing a home, we analyze a myriad of factors from a 360 degree angle and leave no money on the table. We will do thorough research on buyers, talk with their lenders, help them if needed so as to facilitate a smooth closing for you. We work closely with title and escrow companies to handle legal and financial details of each transaction.

  • One contact point: Although I have a good  support staff  and many third party supports, I am always your main contact, propose and review all documents myself, and keep track of every happening. In the mean time, as your agent, please direct/forward every inquiry regarding the home to me.

    2. A personal private website for exchanging and keeping track of ideas/proposals, images, discussion minutes and summaries. 
    3. Shared google sheets for organizing financials, timetable, document list and links, To do List. 
    4. Shared google drive for all documents.
