2015年7月-2019年4月间,我代表大部分时间远在中国的客户安排监督了整个房屋的建筑过程,包括1)面试3家建筑设计师,3家室内设计师,和5个总包工头或公司; 并和客户一起选择组成了我们的施工团队。 2)跟进汇报进度;3)审核账单,安排支付款项;4)陪同客户和施工团队的开会修改设计,到各种商家选择材料产品设备等等。 这个房屋位于Palo Alto, 包括地下室一共三层,5000平尺使用面积。

这个经历不仅让我深入了解了房屋建筑的许多知识,使我作为一个房地产经纪人拥有了与其他仅限于知会文件信息的同行相比,对房屋的状况有更深入的了解。 而且在这个施工项目进展中,我积累了方方面面的与装修建筑房屋庭院相关的人力资源。 我不仅能够帮助客户放心满意地买卖房屋, 也能够在所有与房屋相关的事情上照顾好客户及他们的家人。
